All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays, sales events, or high-demand seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped through our trusted international logistics partners and shipping carriers.

Shipping partners may include international courier services and local delivery carriers depending on the destination country and shipping route.

All shipments include tracking so customers can monitor their delivery progress.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Sylvia & Roland is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen logistical disruptions once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping method  

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


ADDRESS ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

After this period, address changes may not be possible if the order has already entered processing.

If tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Sylvia & Roland is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer  
• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier  
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery  
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date  
• Provide your order number  
• Include clear photos in case of damage  

We will review the case and work with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution according to our store policies.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Sylvia & Roland.
