RETURN POLICY
At Sylvia & Roland, operated by Loli E Business, we aim to keep every customer satisfied. If you would like to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must apply:
• You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping charges.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• Trying an item on for fit is allowed, but wearing or using the item is not permitted.
• Returns may be refused if items appear worn, washed, altered, damaged, or if tags have been removed.
FAIR USE / EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show clear misuse of the return process.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
• Repeatedly ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning most of them
• Excessive or systematic return behavior
Sylvia & Roland reserves the right to monitor return activity and take appropriate action where necessary.
2. RETURN WINDOW
You must contact us to request a return within 14 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown in tracking (where available).
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@sylviaandroland.com within 14 days of receiving your item and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for return (optional, but helpful)
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
IMPORTANT
Returns must first be approved by our support team.
Depending on the product and fulfillment route, the return address may be located at one of our fulfillment partners or suppliers. The correct return address and instructions will always be provided via email after approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply when returning an item internationally.
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (and insurance when available).
If a return package is lost in transit and no proof of delivery can be provided, we are unable to process a refund.
5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is:
• Received at the designated return address, and
• Inspected and approved as meeting the return conditions,
We will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the return is received and approved.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or required by applicable law.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. DELIVERY & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Sylvia & Roland is not responsible for packages that show as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and accurate.
If you notice an address error, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:
support@sylviaandroland.com
After this period, address changes may not be possible if the order has already entered processing.
